What do you actually do at 1122?

I help generate more client opportunities for the company by closely monitoring every lead and proactively identifying potential issues. I also ensure accounts run efficiently to maximize overall performance.

What do you love about working with law firms?

From my perspective, I love learning the specific requirements needed to qualify a case. It challenges me to think more analytically and helps me identify stronger opportunities for the firm. At the same time, I value that what we do makes a real difference; behind every lead there’s a real person looking for guidance and support, and being part of that process feels meaningful.

What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?

People are often surprised by how disciplined, creative, and strategic I am. When I set a goal, I like to plan ahead, build strong strategies, and stay consistent until I achieve results.

What’s a hobby or interest outside of work?

I love traveling, especially hiking, discovering new waterfalls, doing adventurous activities, and spending time at the beach. I’m also a big coffee person – I love exploring new coffee shops. I mean… who doesn’t love coffee?

If you could pick your last meal, what would it be?

Grilled steak with chimichurri, roasted vegetables, and a fresh lemonade.

What’s something that would surprise people about you?

I’m a fast problem-solver. I love being creative, but I also like planning things strategically and thinking ahead.
